London Rocks showroom in Paris, featuring many of London's most exciting design talents, kicks off with an Opening Brunch on Thursday the 2nd of October - 11am to 2pm.See many of London’s most exciting design talents at the British Fashion Council’s London Rock’s showroom in Paris this October.
Located at 40 Rue Richelieu in the 1er Arrondisement, it is within walking distance to Paris’s catwalk venues, the “Louvre”, the Trade Show venue “Les Tulleries” and the city’s luxury retail scene. This unique design collective includes representatives from British Fashion Council emerging design talent support scheme New Generation and Fashion Forward emerging talent incubator Fashion East, plus guest designers Linda Farrow and Les Chiffoniers.
This pop-up showroom is a core element of the British Fashion Council’s support and mentoring scheme for rising London-based designer businesses. It aims to brand and promote London design internationally and to generate new export business contacts for London designers in Paris.
It is an essential part of the British Fashion Council’s strategy to foster the business growth of London based designers through providing knowledge, logistical and financial support in sales, marketing, production and distribution.
